About How We Work Services Portfolio Get Started
01

Discovery

1–2 DAYS

We start by understanding your business, not your design preferences. Goals, audience, offer, and current bottlenecks all get mapped before anything is designed.

Discovery questionnaire Kickoff call notes Project scope summary
02

Strategy Session

1 DAY

A focused session to define the site or funnel's core job: what a visitor should think, feel, and do, and what "success" looks like in numbers.

Conversion goals Messaging pillars Success metrics
03

Research

2–3 DAYS

We study your competitors, your industry's buying behavior, and what similar audiences respond to, so decisions are informed, not guessed.

Competitor audit Audience insights Content inventory
04

Planning

1–2 DAYS

The site or funnel gets mapped as a structure: page by page, step by step, before a single pixel is designed, so nothing gets built twice.

05

Wireframes

2–3 DAYS

Low-fidelity layouts establish structure, hierarchy, and flow before visual design begins, the fastest, cheapest place to fix a layout problem.

06

UI Design

4–6 DAYS

Full visual design: typography, color, imagery, and micro-interactions, built on your brand and tuned for how your specific audience makes decisions.

High-fidelity mockups Mobile & desktop views Design system notes
07

Development

5–10 DAYS

Approved designs get built into a fast, responsive, production-grade site or funnel, with clean code and, where relevant, CRM and automation wiring.

Staging environment CMS / CRM setup Integrations configured
08

Testing

2–3 DAYS

Every page, form, and automation is tested across devices and browsers, then checked against the original strategy before it ever reaches your visitors.

Cross-device QA Form & automation tests Speed & SEO checks
09

Launch

1 DAY

We handle domain, hosting, and go-live logistics so launch day is uneventful, the way launch day should be.

Live deployment Analytics & tracking live Handover documentation

Optimization

ONGOING

Launch is the midpoint. We monitor real performance data and refine copy, layout, and automation to keep conversion rates climbing.

Performance reporting A/B test recommendations Ongoing refinements
WHY IT WORKS

Structure removes surprises.

Full visibility

You always know which stage your project is in and what's coming next.

Fewer revisions

Wireframes and strategy come before design, so fewer things need to be redone later.

Nothing skipped

Testing and QA are dedicated stages, not an afterthought squeezed in before launch.

Improves after launch

Optimization is part of the process, not a separate service you have to ask for.

PROCESS FAQ

Common questions about how we work.

Can stages overlap to save time?

Yes, research and planning often run in parallel, and for smaller projects like single landing pages, several early stages are condensed into one working session.

How many revision rounds are included?

Two structured revision rounds are included at both the wireframe and design stages. Additional rounds can be added if scope changes mid-project.

What do you need from me during development?

Timely feedback and any brand assets, copy, or account access we don't already have. Delays on either side extend the overall timeline accordingly.

Does optimization cost extra?

A short optimization window is included after launch. Ongoing, month-over-month optimization is available as a separate retainer.

READY WHEN YOU ARE
